In order to get the full purchase amount back, the items must be returned undamaged with all labels still attached.
All items are checked upon receipt. For items that are damaged or are in an unacceptable condition or are returned without labels, we may charge a reduction in value.
The return period is 5 days after receipt.
If the order is returned later, we are forced to return the package to you.
